Go back and read what I quoted you on, killer. You said pump failures aren't a big problem with the X, which is completely incorrect and I couldn't ignore the retardation.

Adam, calling you stupid would be an insult to all the stupid people. Congrats on being the biggest fool I've come across on EvoM.

I clearly said in that exact post where I estimated pump failures on the X that I was guessing- and I was solely guessing based off that first thread about ACD pump failures in the X. You said, "Pump failures in that thread alone have been happening for at least 2 years up to now." Exactly. How many posts have been made in that thread (which was supposed to document these failures), since that thread was started? How many people reported failures in that thread? 30 or so? I'm not going back to count- you can do that. How many X's were sold in the past few years since that thread was started? My whole point was to say that the majority of them do not fail. Unless more than half of these pumps are failing, then the majority are not failing. Capiche?

Go back to your X forums and quit beating a dead horse. I'm done spelling everything out for you.

You need to understand statistics and sampling a population, which is way beyond what I'm willing to teach you at this point (I also think that you might not have seen a single post date in the thread mentioned). You've already established that you don't know what you're talking about and refuse to read anything, so there's not much more I can point out to you at this time, but thanks for playing.

What does this mean, anyway?

Are your friends paying for your car?

Meaning that they wanted me to sell my 8 and pick up a 10 and are making an argument as to why i should do so.

I drove an X and it was way too smooth, and a bit disconnected. They refined the rawness and joy out of the Evo, which is what it was supposed to be in the first place.

I've owned both, and as far as a DD, the X is the better car. The VIII/IX are amazing cars, and I loved mine, but it didn't have any creature comforts other than A/C and radio

Fast Street Car - X
Fast Track Car - IX/VIII

That's how I see it.

And +1 to test driving.

The VIII/IX is way too loaded down with gadgets for my taste, even the RS. I do not want to imagine what an X would be like.

Yes, I know that mine is a minority taste.

after riding in a x and owning a 8 this is my personal opinion on both. To me personally the 8/9's look aggressive right off the lot where you kind of have to help the X a little bit. Also handling the 8/9s feel like your attached to the road and the X i felt disconnected . To me the X does not even look like a evo it looks like just a random car and the 8/9's have the look of a performance car.

Thats just my personal opinion so take it for what its worth
