The clicking noise is normal. It also happens every time the car has a new tune flashed to the ECU.

So the garage called and said I'm not getting a spark. Given the issue with the dash lights, could just be an electrical problem.

Similar problem happened to me kind of. Changed out the stock coils to coil on plug. Everything ran fine then went to start one day and nothing. Put OE coils back in and started right up. Fiddled around with the COP and re-reinstalled and everything worked. So maybe connection issue or bad coil/fuse. Hopefully something simple for you.

pull out your spark plugs and check to see if you flooded the cylinder head with fuel...may need to drain or get new plugs if they are fouled

10A fuse under the dash, IIRC it's the second one down on the middle row.

If that's good and the ECU fuse is good (20A in the main box) then the next stop is a scanner to make sure you have a crank signal and RPM readings while cranking. If not, you've got a bad crank sensor.

That 10A fuse was an issue for me after I switched to a Sparktech COP setup. Sparktech actually gives you a 15A fuse to replace the 10 with, but they gave me the bigger spade fuse instead of the mini. But this is not your issue, neither is the clicking sound. That click is normal and has something to do with one of the tb sensors "starting up".

Look at this thread and see if this could be your issue, or at least rule out your ignition switch as one of your issues.

Hopefully this helps.

Also, if you do have spark there may be water in your fuel or some debris that could've clogged your fuel filter.
I would call that gas station and see why their other fuels were "out of order".
