Identifying parts

Okay so I acquired a built 4g64 mivec motor I believe to be a stroker...and am trying to part it out. I do not have a build sheet for it so I cannot sell it as a whole. Any one have idea how to identify the cams, springs, retainers or anything? Will they have serial numbers on them maybe? Any advice is going to be helpful at this point!

The parts should all have serial numbers on them. You may have to do some cleaning to see them. Everything will be labeled though.

Posting pictures of said items will help if you can't identify them
