I had originally told him to put it in first and check, but then another person posted that their wheels are moving in neutral out of gear and made me question my memory. I edited my posts back to recommending to put it in gear so not to spread false info.
I wonder why his is doing it in neutral? Very strange.

I read up more on the topic last night and apparently, through some sort of dark magic, this happens to every type of engine/transmisson, especially if it is cold like it was the day I finished my clutch. I cant explain it because I read like 5 pages about it, but basically with everything turning in the trans and no resistance on the wheels, the axles have enough friction to turn.
