Help with a purchase

Hello everyone, first post! I'm not a noob to cars or forums for that matter so I wont be asking what mods to purchase or why is my service light is on without running the code haha! I felt a loss after getting rid of my cobra and always wanted an evo so I went on the hunt. I found a 2005 mr that I like, Very low miles at 39,000 and clean minus the front bumper. Upon inspection I found that it is heavily modified from what I can see. Fp black turbo, invidia 02 housing and down pipe straight through to a greddy muffler, precision injectors, hallman mbc, arc intake, ams inter cooler, and it says mivec on the valve cover? maybe a 8.5 or a 2006 motor? Took it for a test drive idles fine at 900, has slight low rpm hiccup when revving it up in neutral but im thinking its due to the dealer putting low octane gas in it or maybe it needs plugs, clutch felt great no slippage or noises although it did engage very low to the floor, pulls like a monster snapped 40 to 100 in an instant which kind of scares me. Its an mr we all know their problems and the previous owner says its at 500 hp 520. I will obviously have it de tuned to a safe level. I spoke with Atlantic Motorsports and they couldn't remember tuning it but I think I will bring it back there. There car was local to Maryland and was traded in by an employee of the dealership for a viper. Also has no monitoring gauges like air/fuel atc. Anyone have any info on the car i'm gonna finalize everything Monday. Hopefully the previous owner is there when I go in. I'm gonna attach some pics. Excuse my ranting kinda excited atm.

Yeah have it retuned for less torque ~400ish or less. I assume its on the stock block. I would also get a wide band and boost gauge. Otherwise it is very nice looking.

Thats a very low price for an evo 9 with that mileage, is it clean title? I honestly think its a good deal either way assuming the car is good mechanically.

For 12.9 thats a steal for a ix at that mileage I feel like theres no way it has a clear title for that price.
