Heh thanks...

I really don't know that much. Just a little about a lot of things. I'm a Jack of all trades, master of none.

I know more about the Supra than the Evo, but I'm starting to pick up on the differences and the similarities.

Oh yeah, I also forgot to meantion you should look into using Toulene instead of the 100 octane gas to boost your octane. It's cheaper and you can find it at most hardware stores. Just do a google search for Toulene to find info about how to use it.

Oh and there is another thread on this topic here:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...threadid=68362

One member meantioned that the ECU can only take advantage of up to 94 octane gas. I don't know how true that is, but the thread has some good info in it.

I'm confused for sure now.
You only told the half of it. Please show the proper math to come out at 90.
Are the values weighted in some manner so it's not straight math ???

My evo loves 94 octance fuel vs 91 octane.

in addition to toluene, xylene is another way to boost octane. toluene has an octane level of 114, xylene is 117.

good luck!
