can't fuel up when temps around 30F

hey guys i have weird situation here.it started at the beginning of winter when temps dropped below 30F.when i put nozzle to get fuel that trigger keep popping back like it's full tank.i tried everything like do not insert nozzle fully, turn it to the left or right a little it didn't help.today it was 40F outside i fueled up without any problem.it's not really serious thing but maybe some of you experiencing something similar.thanks guys.

One of the roll over fuel tank valves doesn't like cold weather.

It's a check valve to allow air to escape when fueling, if you roll the car the check valves close and keep fuel from escaping the tank. Air isn't escaping the tank fast enough. Pumps are pressure sensitive, there triggered to stop pumping over X fuel tank air pressure.
