Boost leaks?

I notice umm not a loss of power but when shifting gears the car feels sluggish then picks up normally before boost kicks in. Doesn't happen all the time just occasionally. I believe it happens when I shift a little early around 2500. Any ideas? Noticed it about 2/3 month ago. Would take it to a shop but just bought some wheels

Any help appreciated

I think you answered your own question. Who shifts at 2500rpm?

For driving around town, 2500rpms is about where you want to be.

If you are shifting AT 2500 rpms (as in it drops to a lower rpm), then you are bogging down the motor and putting stress on various parts of the car.

Silicone line and spark plugs are che.... nevermind you drive a IX. Silicone lines are cheap. So you if you are still sporting oem rubber vacuum lines, you should look into replacing them anyways.
