How does this happen..

I was driving normally and boom

It was a fresh Oem build. I was in the middle of breaking it in. 750miles on the motor tops

I'm gonna guess Balance shaft failure. Did you replace the belt, bearings, etc with the oem rebuild?

Several things could be the factor. Tune, improper build, no oil, etc.

If that was the balance shaft, and the bearings were replaced, was it 100% verified the oiling hole was lined up?

It was a fresh build no used parts was used on this I didn't not build it myself someone else did

Who built it. I don't think that happens randomly with no rhyme or reason.

Its tragic because it was my only car so now I'm stuck between selling as is or buying a built motor

I agree with the above comments...talk to the engine builder. I doubt that will be a quick resolution for you, though, which makes it bad for you since this was your only vehicle.
