Running a 2G DSM ECU in an EVO8

If you don't want to repin the ecu, you can contact Thomas at ecmlink and he will repin the DSM ECU internally so it is plug and play, charged me $75. you will have to run 1 wire from the ecu to the obd2 port to complete the install. Then you have dsmlink

and speed density is easy cheese. never tried to take it to emissions.. i don't think it would be an issue though. They just give you the tail sniffer if they cant connect to the obd port.

Check out KTMotoring in Chatsworth. They tuned my evo and its running like a champ.
Grwat guys up there and much closer than going to RRE. Alot of shops out here like RC injectors, i researched and went with the new FIC1120 that replaced the 1050s, iirc.
