I was gonna get one,had deposit down, and stil do.....But I just couldnt wait. So I got an E46 M3. I am very happy with it, however I will still always have respect for the EVO.

Why not get an evo as a second car? 4dr, all weather, ultra high performance grocery getter .

LanEvo, the price should go down after a couple of years. You never know you might have the money then. I dont' blame you. Can't believe it's price, then again if it was 23k i'd be worried about what they took off.

SilverEvo,
How did you afford a new or even slightly used M3 at 17 years of age?

Personaly I don't really like the look of the new 8's but as soon as I get my oz paid off in the next 3yrs I plan on buying a 7. Who knows though maybe in 3 years I will like the look of the new evos or maybe they will put out a new style.

I am going to wait 1 year until I turn 25 and my driving record clears of the tickets. At that point, I'll make a decision based on the specs of US-Evo, WRX STi (if it makes into country by then) and any Evo import deals that may be available.

That would be a defendant, I will probably trade the OZ in or sell it. Thinkin about the turbo for the OZ now however, hmmmm if the rumors are true about it only being 26-28k then I just might have to hold of and save the money for the EVO down, + It's possible that I may be a little when it comes to trading the OZ in, who knows....
