I recently got new cams installed and a tune. Im wondering if I adjust my idle screw to have it perfect for where I want it, will it effect my tune?

Make sure you activate the actuator in evoscan before you adjust the biss screw

Are you having problems? If this BISS is set correctly it will allow the car to idle at the rpm set in the tune

If you just got tuned---within the last 24 hrs, just wait for the car to settle in.. its going to lope and not want to idle and drop in rpm and look like its going to stall at lights with the ac on--it needs to " learn" the new tune, It may take a few days-- let it be and it will settle down.
If your past all that-- then fiddle away.

Should only take around 10-20 mins to learn the idle with the AC off and AC on. Thats what i've noticed everytime I had to flash the unit. If you dont like the idle turn it up through the ECU or ask your tuner to do it for you. Its easy and they should be able to make fine adjustments with no charge since you already paid for the tune.
