Whatup evom. So I have an evo 8 w/ a 35r kit. Car was tuned by ivey at iveytune about a year ago. I was running stock fmic for a while (I know retarded) and I just upgraded to a 3.8 inch core and threw in a koyo rad and deleted my ac. Did a new set of plugs while I was in there. Im running stock ignition also. So my cars running aem v1 on speed density. I took her out for a few test spins and she's falling on her face when get into boost. Do I need a tune now? I thought the ems would be able to compensate for the upgrades but I may just need to upgrade ignition. Any thoughts? Thanks guys

 

Did you do a boost leak test after swapping the intercooler?

Ivey tuned the car originally why don't you just go back and ask him? Its not like he's not a respected tuner or anything
