Timing Belt issue
Recently my A/C compressor locked up, causing my accessory belt to break. I decided to delete A/C completely and I think out of coincidence my timing belt starts acting weird.
After the car is drove for about ten minutes the timing belt starts tightening up, oil temperature rises and air fuel ratios start to richen up. After the car completely cools down the process starts over. I have a BLE solid tensioner but I have had it for over a year and never had this problem. I tried a different tensioner pulley and it didn't fix the issue.
And when I say the timing belt is tight, it has little to no play at all, it is a gates Kevlar belt.
Any ideas/suggestions? please let me know if you have any at all, I am completely lost as to what it could be. Thank you!
