clunking or banging noise in rear end
Hello everyone so I'm hearing a noise in my rear when accelerating really hard and shift really hard as well nothing is in my trunk so I'm not sure what it could be and if it would be related to like the whining noise it makes while cursing at certain speeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I have the same clunk but the weird thing is, I never had it till I installed my catback exhaust. It was like never there and all of a sudden there after the install.
So in my case at least, it might be the muffler/exhaust mounts or something, because it has a different mounting design, and seems like it would allow flex the wrong way to me when I was installing it. I'm going to probably also replace the diff mount bushings in a while, I almost never get the clunk so it's not high priority.
