I need help finding the right tuner

My Evo has been running super rich since my last tune about 18 months ago. My Evo was tuned three times by the same guy and he never got it right. Now I can't even get my boost pass 20 psi
Is Bryan Medway back? I'm willing to drive 10 hours to meet him. If I can't find similar quality here in SoCal, I'm selling my Evo.

sounds like you need a boost leak test. If thats gonna be your mentality you might as well just sell it now.

No boost leak ..... I just missed how my Evo used to run. I don't need any negative comments. Solutions and positive comments only please. Thank you.

Comments like that make you sound petulant. There are people that are passionate about these cars, and im sure one of them would love to buy yours. Maybe you didn't mean to come off that way, but over the net without social cues thats how it came across.

Sounds like you need a mechanic first and a tuner later
