Changing oil pans do I need the change the oil return tube

Oil pan for evo ix needs to be replaced and want to know if I need to change the oil return tube as well with the new pan.

no but you will need a gasket for the oil return

Not unless it is damaged or something. It just unbolts from the pan. Get a new gasket for it though.
