NAM means-not actual mileage(says it on the report). Means there might be odometer fraud, or it means the new owner was in a tag agency and didn't know the mileage because car was outside, not at that location, in transit etc. Its not cause for concern, but find out the details. It could be odometer fraud(i.e. rollback etc.)

The functional damage means the car probably wasn't drivable after the accident. You will see Carfax reports with "accident/incident"-but car was able to be driven from scene.. The functional damage I would worry about-or at the very least have a good body shop assess car.

Yea I looked into it more after I posted that and the mileage thing doesn't bother me because it could have been something like someone just not writing down the mileage in the title when they sold it.

And carfax defines functional damage as "The vehicle could be driven from the accident location." So that makes me lean more towards cosmetic issues. The guy who has it now put new wheels on it and did the alignment and didn't run into any problems in doing so.
