I have one. Came with my alarm. I agree they may not be necessary, but better safe than sorry eh? It certainly can't hurt anything, and I'm all for installing parts that could potentially help extend the life of my engine and turbo. By the way I agree with the earlier post about also getting an oil catch pan.

They told me it was voided because of my tt. Then again, that mech was a jerk.

again you don't need a turbo timer. It is a waste of 100 bucs.

went in to get warranty alignment done on the car.....1766 miles on car.....

my hks type 1 was on.....and service writer didn't say a thing....(not like the tt could throw off my alignment).....but as far as future work....he was cool with it.....

i think it depends on the dealership that you go to.....if they want to give you a hard time they can.......
