I'm going to take it apart next week. Just picked up a small air compressor and an impact. I got a few more jack stands and 2 jacks... Almost ready to tackle this.

Throw out bearing is broke, and the wave spring think and spring clip all need to be replaced. No idea what clutch I have. I'll look at it tomorrow.

Also can anyone tell me what kind of clutch this is? I wanted to order the ACT Monoloc Collar because I was told the car had an ACT Clutch kit. So far I don't believe it.

I'm going to pull the cover off tomorrow...can I still order the ACT Monoloc collar for this random pressure plate?

That is not an ACT clutch. It looks like an exedy or a Competition clutch. Pull the pressure plate and see what the disc and flywheel looks like.

I dont have the stupid clutch alignment tool, and i have to order one. I should have ordered prior to this. I might as well get a new clutch while this is off. This clutch has about 1400-1500 miles....though. Kind of in a pickle....

just creating a nozzle to raise air velocity into the turbo.

The Flywheel will need to be machined and only after that you could determine if it is still usable. I would replace everything else.

Thanks. I guess I'll just replace everything. Not even bother with the machining process.

I've been looking at Clutches and probably going to get the Exedy stage 2 with the exedy flywheel.

Still thinking about the exedy Hyper Single Clutch...that may be over kill though...haha. Only because the flywheel is part of the kit.

Engine vibrates when shifting gear

I just put a new exhaust on my car and currently have my "underbraces" that were underneath off because I just ordered the cusco ones. for down pipe clearance, but could this be a possibility?

Could I adjust my clutch?
I've read a few things saying its the clutch itself, but they all had twin disks. I have a Stage 2 ACT clutch(CRAP!)

Any suggestions on what it is? How to fix it? Thank you!!
Hello I m not sure u sorted out the issue wit ur engine vibrating while engaging clutch ?! My guess is that can't be a clutch sometimes its turns out to be the harness which connects to the TPS throttle position sensor ..may be it could ve loose contacts or oxides ...its job is to send signal to ECU and vice versa ! And keep the engine Rev steady for any kind of load we give to the engine or so...so just check with the harness just clean it n reinsert it ...disconnect the negative terminal of battery b4 doing it so that it need not hav to be reprogrammed ..memory stays ...happy driving..!

That is a bad looking clutch. Time for replacement.
