Air Bag recall notice?

Just performed on my car at the dealership. took about 3 hours, seems they have removed the dashboard completely. They have explained that the pyro can deploy "issuing" some metal pieces into the passangers face. So, they highly reccomended to perform the recall if it is opened for the car.
