Speed density sensor question
So this might be the wrong place to post this, but didn't want to clog the tuning forum up with a trivial question.
Does the JDM evo 9 intake come with a speed density sensor in the car already?
Look at pics below and tell me your thoughts, because I'm about to undertake moving across to SD and if its got the correct wiring / sensors it would help alot. If not back to getting the required equipment.
Reason I ask as my ADM Evo 9's intake manifold looks like this.
While my JDM Evo 9's intake looks like this.
Close up of the sensors.
Thank you for looking

The way I understand it the JDM evo 9 can with a 3 bar map sensor from the factory while other evo 9 veriants only came with a 1 bar map sensor. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still pretty new to the evo.

Thanks for the replies, hopefully can tackle the SD tune next week sometime.
Unsure as to why the ADM spec evo 9's never came with them, only realized that they were left off when I compared my JDM 7 to the ADM 9.

Comparing the two manifolds (at least from the pictures), it looks like they are the same just not having the sensor holes drilled and tapped for the screws. A competent machine shop should be able to do that for you and give you that functionality. The other question then becomes where is the wiring for that sensor?
