Advice on buyin a 03 evo 8..

Thats all i dont want to get into is someone else nightmare and i have been thrown into the middle.
with any performance car theirs going to be things to break and what not, not scared to get my hands dirty..
just dont want to buy one and 2 months down motor needs a full rebuild.

yeah, i wouldn't do it. from my personal experience, it's much better to just buy a clean evo 8, unmolested, and do the mods yourself. check out craigslist - that's where i got my evo from - once in a while there's a hidden gem on there. got mine there about a year or so ago it was definitely a little jem

yeah at this point im going to keep looking, not in a rush at all.

yeah, i wouldn't do it. from my personal experience, it's much better to just buy a clean evo 8, unmolested, and do the mods yourself. check out craigslist - that's where i got my evo from - once in a while there's a hidden gem on there. got mine there about a year or so ago it was definitely a little jem

he did give me a number in which i called, and was told they dont have any records due to one of the employees did the car for him self, but at the shop.. far to sketchy to buy at 13-14k at this rate lol.
