Evo 5 idle problem

Evo 5 idle problem
Wonder if anyone can help I've got an evo 5 when car gets up to temperature the revs go up and down then sometimes it will try cut out when u come to a set of lights I've put all new vacuum hoses on changed throttle body and air flo metre and still the same any body else had a similar problem thanks
