Now I've already had my balance shaft looked at and re-adjusted. Also had the timing done over. Wasn't too long ago that it was done now im hearing a simar noise again. It is possible that it is the same issue. But why so quick? And my 2005 evo 8 has yet to be tuned and I have the regular bolt ons i take turbo back Wally 255 and mbc. With the upgrades along with a base tune keep throwing off the timing to cause the balance shaft to be thrown off the degrees at all. The TOB and clutch is very worn the clutch is not slipping in any gears but it is showing all of the other sign of failure.i have done research but another opinion and pinpointing me in a direction is a start does this noise sound famiar to anyone.
