evo VII idle sticking

i have read about 1000 threads on this rough idle that seems to be common. the car drives fine except for the fact it will get stuck idling at 2500-3000rpm every time i come to a stop. if i bump the throttle then it will idle back down. a couple times it has even cut off at a stoplight bc it will idle down too low. my service engine light just came on and was throwing an O2 sensor code. i pulled my IAC out and turned the ignition and the IAC was functioning so now i have to clue what it could be.

Have you tried adjusting the BISS screw? Maybe your fuel tables need to be adjusted?

i just did an EGR delete and now it won't get stuck high but it dies if i put it in neutral and come up to a stop. It tries to save it and will idle up and fall a few times b4 it cuts off.

Try resetting the ecu? Disconnect the battery and leave it for half an hour, I had some rough idle, and this solved my issue.
