Question Need help with front lip decision evo8

Hi!

Had a Rexpeed Evo 8 D-Style Carbon Splitter for so long, that even lost my original lip somwhere during the time. The carbon one looked nice, but its weight was a little bit confusing, and it was totally "unparkable" anywhere even on a standard height car.
So, last week I was doind near 20 mph and hit a "pool" on the road after the rain - the splitter was literally washed away in front of the car and got under all 4 wheels. The mounting part is still on the car, but the splitter actually splitted in two parts horysontally. So I will not pay 500+$ for next part which makes nothing, but headache and you are afraid to break it on every parking.
The car can not be left in the way it is now - so I have 3 options
1) find the OEM one and paint it
2) find the polyurethane ebay crap ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-2004-2005-MITSUBISHI-EVO-8-VIII-EVOLUTION-PU-FRONT-BUMPER-LIP-SPOILER-/131305372064?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e9268f9a0&vxp=mtr)
3) buy again carbon toy

Did someone use ebay part? Can it be painted , or ots flexible and will chip in 2 days?
or does someone have stock used to sell me?

Thanks for your time

Just installed the Ebay PU lip. EVO 9 lip was like 115.00 shipped (Ikon Motors Ebay)

Installed it in its raw unpainted form & actually looks pretty good. Fit is very decent & is a big improvement over what I had (modified stock lip for the track which had been drilled & modded & now in the trash)

i have an ebay poly lip (not for an evo but same idea) and the fitment was good. Theres pinholes all over it though so it would need some good prep before paint. My car is wrapped though so i didn't need to worry about that

Rest assured the poly-whatever stuff isn't as bad as you think. The seller may be the same business I bought my lip from. Make sure they don't bend or twist the lip when shipping. Mine is raw and unpainted. I should of sprayed a clear coat over it but ehh.
