What could cause this? idle rich then lean

I can't figure this out. My car has no vacuum leaks that I can find. The rpm raises slightly and causes the car to be rich then the rpm comes back down causing the afr to go lean. I have replaced the front 02 sensor and the aem wideband sensor. Nothing has made any difference. The car is on speed density. I just ordered a new iacv and will try that this weekend to see if it helps. Any ideas would be great, Thanks

Possibly bouncimg between cells with different values in the VE map. Post up VE settings and it might be of some help.

I am thinking about trying this because I've noticed that if I push on the plug that connects into the map sensor the car stumbles and almost dies. Not sure if this is normal or not though.
