Snow White (EVO 9 build)

So i'm piecing together a build thread for my car. I'll be getting more info/pictures up once I'm not at work.
Currently the car is a 2006 IX RS with just over 91k miles
Mods:
SD tuned
4" intake
no name turboback exhaust
muse O2 dump
Jun 272 cams, +1mm over valves, beefy springs, and titanium goodness
grimmspeed 3port EBCS
Turbosmart 18psig wastegate actuator
VR-speed factory 3.5" FMIC
Synapse Upper and Lower ICP

have 1000cc injectors and 450lph walbro pump (both e85 compatible) ready to go on when turbo does.

Waiting for my new used turbo to arrive (seeing just how far I can push a stock turbo with porting and polishing, a new housing and better wheel.)
in process: pnp stock exhaust manifold and intake manifolds
considering going with the zeitronix flex fuel sensor and running e85 to see if I can break 500whp those new upgrades. Still unsure if it's worth it considering the 1.5hr round trip to get e85

Any build advice or guidance is always appreciated. I'll get some pictures up tomorrow

You will need more than 1000cc if you run larger than stock turbo on e85. Also, forget about the flex fuel sensor, it is far from necessary to run e85.

what size injectors are you running? I'll be switching between pump gas and e85 quite regularly, shouldn't i still do the flex fuel sensor?

PTE 1200 with a double pumper I built, but while on stock turbo I ran the PTE 1200 with a single pump. In my opinion the flex fuel sensor offers no benefit, I have switched between pump gas and e85 countless times in the past 4 years and have only bothered to test the content a handful of times.

I run e85 on fic 850cc injectors, 300lph pump on a stock 9 turbo at 25-30psi and am not maxing the injector dead time out. Sounds like you are using the stock turbo yet so you will be fine.
I run the flex fuel sensor also. Its grate information to adjust the tune with if you know what you are doing. You can hook it up so you are actually running true flex fuel so it adjusts your tune and boost depending on the content. in my town the content goes from 70 to 85 through the summer and the tune requires adjustments to get the most out of the car.

If you are not running an aftermarket ECU, using the FiTronics unit, or the FreeFuel patch then you are not running a true flex fuel setup. Also 25 to 30 psi is a big difference in the amount of fueling.
