Low speed steering wheel wobble

Symptoms: 15+mph the steering wheel wobbles, going straight, in gear/out of gear, slightly less wobble when turning. No abnormal noises.

I have put my stock wheels back on with different tires, I have replaced the inner and out tie rods as well.

Does anyone have an insight on what it could be: axles, wheel bearings, ball joints?

jack car up, check for play in both front wheels.

I don't know if you mean by putting stock wheels and tires on means it was happening before or after? swap front wheels to the back and see if it continues if that's the case and you don't have other wheels to try.
did you get an alignment after replacing inner and outer tie rods?

No, but it happens with both my sets of wheels. I can't imagine both sets are unbalanced all of a sudden. Generally a unbalanced wheel will cause wobble at higher speeds I believe.

I had the issue prior to swapping to the stock wheels, and prior to replacing the inner and outer tie rods. I haven't done an alignment but I have it dialed in fairly close to how it was. My tie rod ends were shot so I figured that the was the problem, But I swapped them and I still get the same wobble.

I will take a look under it tonight, just been very rainy lately here on the east coast

This happens to my van when the one of the front wheel had less air than the other. That is when one side rolling diameter is smaller than the other.

Get balanced dude, in my expirience wheel imbalances can come and go with speed . $30 at tire discounters. Cheap and easy, worth a try.

Found the issue - The axle was loose from the shaft and not locking in. I am going to replace the retaining clip along with the seal on the transfercase. Hopefully there is no damage to either the transfercase or axle.
