is an ETS licp a worthwhile mod?

I'm looking for a DIY project to add a few more hp and was just thinking of ordering an ETS licp off their website, seems like they know what they are talking about.
Anyone have an opinion on this for an Evo 9 with a mild tune and pipe?

If your still on stock licp, then yes you should notice a little faster spoolup. Its definately noticable upgrade over the uicp.

With no change other then the ETS licp on the same day/tune my car picked up 15hp/15tq thru out the power band on the stock evo 9 turbo on 93 oct on a dynojet. Well worth the money. An ETS 3.5" Intercooler is also a solid investment.
Choosing Quality parts make the difference. Combination is everything.

I run this LICP. Great product and noticed a faster spool with better throttle response. Can't go wrong with this upgrade.

I never noticed a difference with running a different licp. If you plan on maxing out any setup, it is a must though. As far as "combination is everything," there isn't really a whole to for a combo...not running random junk is more like it.

The AMS Pipe was good for almost 10WHP and faster spoolup. It works.
