Please help!! MIVEC Cam Gear Knock

Evo 9 MIVEC Cam Gear is seeming to lose oil pressure. The intake cam gear is seeming to knock really hard for about 5 minutes until it fills back up with oil pressure I guess? Anyone have this issue?!

There is a filter on the back of the head and a solenoid. You can check to see if it's clogged. Mine had a bunch of junk in it, but the solenoid still worked.

I took that all out today and found that my feeder tube did not have a filter inside of it lol.. I am starting to think there was now too much oil/gung flowing through the solenoid because there was no filter present in the feeder.
