Evo starts normal then goes rich at idle

Evo starts normal then goes rich at idle
Brief history of car
JDM evo 7
2.4 block Manley internals
Ported head with R2 cams
FP exhaust manifold
Stock intake
FIC 1100 high z
My BBK-B JB died so I bought a BBK-3B. Only thing I changed.
After that my car starts fine 14.7 goes to around 15.7/8/9 then slowly drops to 10.2 and hovers around there. Car drives fine, idles a bit low and around 10.2 - 10.7. Did a pressure test today and found two leaks which I fixed. But car still idles rich. Changed O2 sensor and keep getting code 0170
Help!!!

Also pulled the cover that seals the cam trigger and it has a trace of oil, cleaned it out and started and it keeps getting oil. Can that cause something?
