Bearing concern

Assembling my 4g64. Already got the rods and pistons assembled and installed. After torquing down the rod caps to the crank, the crank was really stiff and hard to turn. I took the caps back off and one of the bearings look like this. I turned the cap around and now it spins freely like it should however, now in concerned about this bearing. Still usable or should I replace it?
