just unscrew the old broken tabs off your bumper and fit the new lip to it. reuse the screws on the new mounting tabs and you should be set.
So you are saying that these tabs are all I need to mount the lip? What were the metal brackets used for that are on my car now?

Pics of metal brackets? Doesn't sound OEM.

But yes, those tabs are all that mount the lip to the bumper fascia.

I get it now. Those brackets I was talking about are actually plastic that are still attached to my bumper. So the tabs on the lip are actually the "brackets". Thanks everyone!

get some epoxy glue at walmart. I bought a used lip with a broken tab.I used epoxy glue on it,its stronger than the plastic lip.
