Hey everyone i just joined the site. I just bought on 03 Lancer (my second) im trying to bring it back from the dead basically. I recently replaced the alternator, thermostat, did an oil change, and radiator flush. The car is overheating while driving and while A/C is on. All fans are working and the car didnt overheat prior to the radiator flush. I burped the radiator till there is no air in the lines or engine. Any suggestions? im mechanically inclined but this is new to me. Thanks

One of the 2 fans on my Eclipse failed. It "looked" like it was spinning but really it doesn't move any air. It had the exact symptom you have described.

so its spinning but not fast enough then. thanks i will take another look at it

Yup. The fan motor died a slow death. Good luck!
