Congrats on the purchase. Love hearing about X owners moving into(or back into) IX's.
<----fellow IX owner. My favorite gen for sure. I'd love a VII though if they were available in LHD.

I had a 6.5 and I did not like it. The 4-6 interior is too small for my liking. The transfercase is fragile and body parts cost an arm and a leg to acquire .
It was perfect for a sweet vibes car but poor for my family . Went ct9a and never looked back . Again this is my preference and not general

Roll shmoll lol I took VERY good care of my SRT-4 and still had problems with it all of the time... Between the TPS, IAC wiring going bad, the Multifunction switch melting and almost burning the car down, power steering rack exploding and actually catching the car on fire, and the damn thing eating crank sensors like it was its sole purpose I had to get rid of it... I was so tired of that thing haha It was a blast to drive in between fixing it all of the time but I could not bring myself to buy another.
