Timing Belt condition after 10 years

I used to put on the miles so the maintenance schedule heading for time for any car I owned didn't exist in my eyes but it is there. Now, I didn't look in the Owner's Manual, but the Factory Service Manual says 60K miles or 60 months for the timing belt. Looking below in the Severe Service chart the time is 64 months. lol So, is the service manual saying the belt lasts longer in severe service? If you notice the severe service chart is divided into sixteens. In other words, everything done at 30 months is now done at 16 months meaning the belt change falls at four times 16 months which is 64 months.
