Bought a wrecked evo. help identify previous owner/give me advice

Hey guys brand new noob here so bare with me but Like the tittle states I bought a 2004 evo with 118,xxx miles from SEATTLE WA. If anyone knows who the
previous owner may be please pm me
.
Starts right up and looks to have been slightly modified. I called english racing and tried to get them to identify it by vin but unfortunately they said I need the persons name so i can get any record of work that been done. I would love to know whats been done mod wise and maintenance etc. They have relocated some stuff (batteries in the trunk, fuse box down behind bumper, ac gone)

Im also an evo noob and don’t really know whats stock on here and whats not, so if any of you can tell me from the pictures i attached whats oem and whats not that would be great too! Im deciding if its worth the rebuild or if i should send it back to auction or part it.

Things i know.
ETS (i belive) headers
Stock(?) turbo, no shaft play
fuel lab management
block looks really fresh (coated black, is that how it comes stock?)
stock upper intercooler piping aftermarket lower (not pictured)
fatty radiator and front mount (some damaged bristles but holds psi)
no exhuast
no wastegate ?

anyways let me know what you guys think from the pictures I posted and keep tuned for updates

thanks

Wastegate is on the turbo. I spy an OMNI 4 bar map sensor-possible speed density tune, front torque solutions roller mount. Yes those are stock cam gears. Thats an inspection/breather hole for transmission. Also has an EGR block off plate.

I don't think that's an ETS manifold unless its an old one. It looks nothing like the pictures on their site.

The "hole" in the top of the trans just needs the plug put in it. That is there so the shaft for the clutch fork can be removed. It's supposed to be there, Mitsubishi puts a freeze plug in it to prevent debris getting into the bell housing.

I sent you a PM of the car's recent history as well as all the parts that were on it before it was sold to the owner who wrecked it; that should answer most any questions you have about it!

yes the power steering has been relocated and its pretty sloppy honestly, and yes it starts right up and runs. all the gears seem good but i have not drove it yet.
