I done a lot of research before I bought my turbo setup. If you want a precision t3 or t4 turbo you would have to get a turbo kit that run 4-5k and up. Extreme turbo system, street tuned motorsports, MA performance, extreme psi are some places that offer turbo kits. For your hp goal and budget a stock frame turbo would be best option. They bolt on and spool better than a turbo kit. I would check out Forced performance. The 71 hta would be the cheapest I think its like 700 and is good for 400-450hp. The MHI green or red would also be a great turbo the jurnal bearing version are 1600. There are a couple other stock frame turbos but im not familiar with them.

I need something larger for my application (I only use pump gas). Info is on forcedperformance.com's website as well as tons of threads here on EvoM. 400+whp on E85, some claim 450.
No lag; spools like stock, especially with the the TiAl wheel.
