New to game, simple questions

I am looking to make rougly 400-440 wheel in my evo which should be plenty for now

I was thinking either keep my stock evo 8 turbo or search for ab evo 9 turbo.

My questions are what intake and exhaust cam? was thinking HKS set like 272
Was thinking of doing e85, if so what size and brand injectors for e85? what pump?
Is that power obtainable on pump gas, if not then let me know
car currently has upgraded intercooler with hard pipes, injen intake with maf, Buschur downpipe and exhaust. Car also has a stage 1 exedy clutch

Thanks in advance

I read the Evo dyno tuning thread for these types of questions and there's dyno sheets to look at too which is a bonus

Damn E85 makes srs power. What's all needed to run E85?

You will make significant more power with a 9 turbo

Yea and you need no sissy boy tuner.28 psi here and if you abuse it like I did turbo developed shaft play after 25K miles.but rebuilds are affordable so I don't care.

Obtaining 400+ whp

Welcome!!!, it has been done with an Evo 9 turbo pushing the ***** off it and definitely on E-85 dont even think about it on pump gas with an Evo 8/9 turbo... and a minimum 1000cc injector.
What I would suggest is a cam option that will suit your power goals and have capabilities for future builds beyond your current whp goal such as GSC S2 cams, 5040/5041 (700 Hp rated) titanium springs retainers. Here's a run down of the best way IMO
FP Red/Black preferably a stock frame turbo.. ( FP Black #1 preference)
Deatchworks/Walboro upgraded fuel pump (Must Have)
Minimum 1000cc injectors that are definitely tune friendly ( FIC, ID, and a few others people can vouch for)
Wideband + Boost Gauge
Unrestricted exhaust
Grimspeed/AEM boost control solenoid
Now disregarding a budget if you have one this is the best way since you can obtain this goal with the list of parts mentioned on 93 Oct... want proof? I'll show you my Dyno at 27 lbs 467/360 stock block with a waste-gate leak and s***ty injectors

This is AWESOME info right here, I want the say thank you very much. I was just trying to keep it simple with e85 and Evo 9 turbo with cams and what not. I eventually want to remove motor and do a 2.3, 8500 redline and forward facing turbo

So is 400+ wheel obtainable with what I mentioned

Do yourself a favor don't buy a walbro 255 there are better options for fuel pumps.Especially if your running e85
