Starter wire blows fuse??????

Running the wire with fuse is asking for trouble; without protection you're at risk for an electrical fire. There is a specific reason this is happening, you should keep troubleshooting until you figure it out. I would guess it's something related to the battery relocation, have you checked all of your grounds?
