I have a 2005 eclipse with a 4g64 block and 4g63 head fully built. i went to dyno today and the car is knocking even if you dry rev it, the tuner would take out timing for it to make any type of power. They are telling me its due to my high compression 10.1.

I do want to add that even before the car was built and the evo head was added that i still had knocking issues with my car. A completely different tuner tuned the car when it was just on boost and it had knock issues.

Any suggestion or advise from the tuning gurus/mechanics would be appreciated, below is a mod list of the car

I have a similiar setup 9.8:1 your mechanical timing is wrong. Heres mine
