Oil threw exhaust Manifold

Hello, Anybody have the slightest idea why i have oil coming out of my exhaust manifold ?
I have zero leaks to the bottom.
New valve cover gasket.
No smoke out my exhaust.
10w30 valvoline vr1 syntetic oil every 2500
fp red turbo, cams, etc......
Runs perfect. idles fine . i am getting a random misfire light wich comes for about 3 days and goes away for another week and comes back by itself. Maybe somebody here can fill me up on this issue . thanks ( i cleaned it before and it got oil again on it )

There appears to be some goop accumulating on top of the mani. Possible exhaust leak forming? I think youre OK, but this may likely get worse over time

put some high temp sealant on the threads. there is an oil galley right there that seeps through the threads when everything gets hot.

What Razor said, if the valve cover gasket isn't leaking and oil dripping down from it. I'm going through same thing you are right now, replacing the studs with some sealant because the bottom center one was leaking some oil, made me think the turbo was leaking and smoking, turned out was just an exhaust manifold stud.

Alright for sure ill do that. Ive been driving my Tacoma instead, since i though it was something really bad as to exhaust valve seals or something like that. Im really hoping its the stud.

So you have to take the studs out and put silicone on it? Or just take off the nut and put silicone on the threads? Noticed my manifold is doing the same as well. Thanks for this thread.

Yea I removed all the studs with a stud remover, installed new OEM studs with a little copper RTV around last few threads. Others may just use some thread sealant but I used copper RTV. Torqued to 18-20ft/lbs into head. Used Snapon part #MSKM10 to remove and install studs. ARP says finger tighten them, meh, I torqued them in like the old DSM FSM says.
