What clutch do you have in your car? Are you spinning the tires? May need to slip the clutch a bit more.
Is launch control enabled?
What psi are you launching at?
Whats your tire pressure?

All else fails, get slicks. But when you start cutting faster 60ft times, you will start shocking your driveline. Just as an fyi, you may start to break some things

I'm running a Excedy Twin disc with a semi built 5 speed all Evo 8 gears with carbon synchro's & polished gears
2 step is set around 5500rpm
Tire pressure was around 20psi
Seems like it's spinning the tires

Tires play a huge role. Are you using your street low pro tires?

What everyone said. If you want to improve your launch times get a set of track wheels with some slicks.
