What is missing here?
What is missing here by the gas filler neck?
(Driver side rear)
Also appears to be a plug there that nothing is plugged into

The evap/charcoal canister has been removed

I am tuned on speed density, and I am not throwing any codes. (Passed plugin NY state inspection)

Nothing to worry about... Chalk it up as weight savings....?
