Engine vibrating Help

at 67000 miles i got my timing belt done. when I got the car back it vibrated bad from 3500 RPM up. I did some research learned about the oil pump, and made my mechanic redo it. He claimed that it was correct the first time and brought me in to show me. They put it back together, and it was fine. I found a new mechanic. A shop run by a close friend that works on lots of exotic cars. A few weeks ago my car started running like crap and threw a crank sensor and cam sensor code. after only 9000 miles the timing belt was cracked, and loose and had jumped some teeth. I had my new mechanic do the work. He said one of the pulleys was not aligned correctly before the belt was put on which probably caused it to come loose. I explained what happened last time and warned him about it, but , having been nearly two years I told him it was the balance shaft that was on 3:1 reduction. When I picked it up he said he didn't have to do the balance shaft. Of course now the damn thing vibrates from 3500 RPM up. I feel it in my feet, and the change in my ash trey rattles. I'm asking for your input, because before I ask a good friend to do 400 of labor for free I want to be sure the oil pump is out of phase. Also Last time I found a good thread on here of how to allign the oil pump, and I can't seem to find it now.

It is supper frustrating because I have now spent $2000 and caused bad blood between one and about to be two mechanics. I just want the damn car to run the way it did for the first 67000 miles

Sure sounds like the BS are out of time causing the vibration

Not sure if this helps you but heres the manual on getting the oil pump in time

Here is the deal---its easy to be off on the BS---it can show lined up and still be out 180 degrees, hence the problem. The mech is looking to see if the arrow is lined up and it is, the BS is 1:2 ratio--so it can appear to be right on and still be out 180*... Simple straight forward no finger pointing--an easy mistake when everything seems correct.
There is a plug behind the turbo that accesses the balance shaft and your supposed to check depth at the opening I don't remember the measurements but its like 1" in and your off, 2" in and the shaft is aligned correctly... see manual. Edit, see 11A-56 above

Easy way to make sure BS is where is needs to be, if the timing mark is near the block timing mark, when you release the gear, it should pull itself flush to the block timing mark, if its 360 off, it will not self align and will drop itself down

balance issue.
As stated above the balance belt could be perfectly timed and still vibrate.
Will need to remove belt and spin balance shaft 180 degrees back to timing.
Also and as stated above the balance shaft will spin its self to timing mark on its own with the counter weight. That's were should be balanced and timed.
