My path:
Stock = +- 230whp
1 Buschur tback Exhaust = 255whp 262tq
2 Boost Control = ??? (didn't dyno)
3 Dynoflash tuning = 294whp 324tq on Dynapack (312 on rollers)
I'm happy with that power and I've only spent about 1600
So I'm into the evo $31K and I'm as fast as virtually any car on the road = one happy evo owner!!!

You could choose many differents paths but make sure you plan ahead. I think a boost gauge should be a first. An open element intake is only good if you have some tuning done.

BOV Question
How can a BOV add power.....
The factory BOV is molded plastic plunger sealing against a molded plastic housing. Plastic to plastic seals are not the best. This would be know as a boost leak. Most After market BOV's use metal housings and metal plungers with o-ring seals. This helps eliminate leaks and hold boost pressure. There is an awsome write-up...
