I bought a block, and it ended up being bad, with mild grooves in cylinder 1. Machine shop said i have to bore it. Really wanted to keep the rebuild stock, so im considering buying a new block. If i stay with this block then what else will i have to get changed besides the oversized pistons?

Mitsu sells 85.mm pistons & rings, so you can stay OEM and keep your current setup, if you like.
If I ever end up rebuilding this engine again, I'll be doing the same.

You can go with OEM oversized pistons. Or get Mahle 4032 pistons. The 4032 alloy expands less than 2618. So you get the most of the strength advantage of a forged piston, but the better low expansion properties of a stock cast piston.

What power level are those good for roughly? I see they sell a stroker version. Would this be better than the Wiseco HD for staying under 600whp? Realistically I probably won't exceed 500. Car won't be heavily raced or anything. Maybe a trip to the drag strip for numbers and a few track days and autocrosses but few and far between. Mostly a weekend car. Plan to stay under 8k rpm.

I'm not sure, but considering they're superior to the stock piston, I don't see why couldn't handle a what you're thinking of doing.

Seem suspiciously cheap. Also says its 86mm, which is the max bore size on the 4g63.

That was my thought. Too cheap. Stock bore is 85mm correct? Also where can I find the oem oversized pistons?

Stock bore is 85mm, correct.

OEM pistons are about $90-$100 each + rings at $40-$50 each set. I would get those Mahle 4032 alloy pistons and call it a day.
