Looking for original owner of 2005 Evo 8

Unfortunately this car is located in Chicago, and i reside in NYC so i cant test drive it, or see it for myself. The dealer mentioned one of the mods was cam install. I was hoping to find out if the lifters were bled (dealer mentioned the dreaded ticking noise)

Could be a simple fix as oil change maybe?
Did they provide service history?

Might even just be the normal "tick" 4G's have. They arn't a quiet engine. Get them to send you a video clip...etc.
